Cleo and the Kweens are specialists in community.
We pride ourselves on bringing people together, to share stories, laugh and be present in their communities. We have become emerging leaders in community-centric events and work with individuals and organisations to share our expertise to help them reach their goals.
To create, support and nurture community-centric cultures.
Honest relationships with our audiences, partners and stakeholders is at the core of all our work. There’s no hidden (gay) agenda or ulterior motive and that’s what sets us apart from other organisations. When you engage with our brand you can be assured that the product delivered will be high-quality, community-centric and inclusive.
In our divisive world, many of us feel isolated, othered and unwelcome beyond our own bubbles. Creating welcoming communities has never been more important for our wellbeing. We ensure that everything we do focuses on providing spaces for the community to engage, share their stories and connect with each other.
As a Queer organisation, inclusion is one of the core foundations for our work. We strive to be a positive ambassador for the Queer community and also work tirelessly to be inclusive to communities that we do not inherently represent. We constantly review, research and align ourselves to current best practise in inclusivity.
We support others in creating their communities
We’ve gained experience working with the community for over 4+ years, working within large organisations such as the Sydney Opera House and Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras to smaller entities such as the Imperial Hotel Erskineville and Bi+ Visibility/BiCONIC.
As we move into a period of uncertainty, tribalism and isolation, the conventional approach to marketing is fast becoming redundant. Brands need to restore trust with their audiences, build communities, and strive for excellence or face dwindling sales, attendance and profits.
What we can offer you:
Strategic Planning Workshops • Event Production Consultation • Brand & Storytelling Seminars • Mentoring
We don’t create shows, we curate experiences
We work with organisations to enhance their own events or curate custom events for their needs. We ensure that every detail is thought about thoroughly, purposefully and intelligently from the moment an event launches to after the the curtains close. When it comes to events, it’s not just the show you have to think about and this can be overwhelming for most, especially if your event is just once small part of your organisation’s focus. That’s where we can provide support.
What we can offer you:
Corporate Gigs • Event Production Consultation • Event Touring • Mentoring

Nothing beats chatting about the awkward, weird and wonderful stories from when we were at school. Actually, maybe a game show based around school?
